Making Dr. Oetker Jelly is incredibly easy!

Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Dr. Oetker jelly (any flavor).
  • 500 ml water (or as specified on the package).

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Prepare the water. Boil 250 ml of water (half the specified amount).
  2. Dissolve the powder. Pour the jelly powder into a bowl or saucepan. Add the boiling water and stir thoroughly with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Add cold water. Pour in the remaining 250 ml of cold (or cooled boiled) water. Mix well again.
  4. Pour into molds. Transfer the liquid jelly into molds or serving glasses.
  5. Chill. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours to allow the jelly to set.

Additional Tips:

  • For a beautiful presentation, add pieces of fruit to the molds before pouring the jelly (e.g., strawberries, grapes, or peaches).
  • To create layered jelly, pour each layer individually, chilling each one before adding the next.

Enjoy your dessert! 🍮
