Another month has passed. But before rushing ahead, stop. Ask yourself: what was good? Because if you don’t appreciate the moment, it will just fade away in memory.
Here are 5 exercises to help you end the month with gratitude and not lose sight of the important things:
✨ 1. 10 Good Moments
Open your notes and write down 10 things you’re grateful for this month. Even if it’s just a warm cup of coffee on a cold morning or a random smile from a stranger.
📸 2. Photo Day
Go through your gallery from the month. Which photo brings you the most warmth? Why? You can even make a post or story with the caption “my moment of the month”.
💬 3. A Message Worth Sending
Who are you thankful for but haven’t said it yet? Write a short note: “Thank you for being there. It matters.” This could make someone’s day.
📖 4. A Dialogue with Yourself
If you wrote a letter to yourself at the beginning of the month, what would you say? Write a short message to yourself that you can read again in a month.
🎶 5. Soundtrack of the Month
What song would be the track for your last 30 days? Add it to your playlist “My (Month)” and do this every month. Later, it will be fun to listen and reminisce.
